Can I look around before purchasing?
Yes. You can browse the Vault before you buy. Take a look around, explore the designs, and choose a bundle when you’re ready.
Is this a subscription?
No. Magic Mango Vault bundles are one-time purchases. There are no automatic monthly charges and nothing to cancel.
Which bundle is right for me?
Choose the Tumbler Bundle if you mainly make 20oz tumblers, 40oz Quenchers, or 12oz sippy cups. Choose Core Graphics if you want versatile designs for shirts, totes, stickers, signs, keychains, and other projects. Choose Mega if you want everything in both smaller bundles, plus all other Vault collections, including glass cans, mugs, wind spinners, and more.
What happens after I purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with login instructions. Once you log in, you can browse the designs included with your access and download the files you want directly from the Vault.
The browsing experience stays the same after purchase: you can browse by collection, explore by vibe, or search for something specific. Designs included with your bundle will show a Download button on the listing.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with one bundle and later decide you want broader access, upgrade options will be available inside the Vault when applicable.
For example, if you have Tumbler Bundle access and browse a design that belongs to the Mega Bundle, you may see an upgrade option that lets you expand your access. Upgrade checkout will show the current price and what is included before you complete the purchase.

What file types are included?
Every design includes a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG file. Many Core Graphics designs also include SVG files, and designs with SVGs are clearly marked while you browse.
Are SVG files included?
Some designs include SVG files, but not every design does. SVG files are most common in the Core Graphics collection. While browsing, designs that include SVG files are marked with an SVG Included badge.
Are the designs high resolution?
Yes. Every design includes a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG file prepared for crafting and production use. Always check the size of your specific blank or project before making a finished item.
Are the drinkware designs already sized?
Yes. Drinkware designs are prepared for the listed blank size, including 20oz skinny tumblers, 40oz Quenchers, 12oz sippy cups, glass cans, and mug wraps.
Each design listing shows the intended product type and size, such as 20oz tumbler wrap, 40oz Quencher wrap, 16oz glass can wrap, 11oz mug wrap, or 15oz mug wrap. The sizes are generally standard within each drinkware category, but blanks can still vary slightly by manufacturer.
Always check the size shown on the listing and compare it with your specific blank before production. You may need to resize a file slightly to fit your exact product.
How do wind spinner designs work?
Wind spinner designs are formatted as square prints with the focal artwork centered. This makes it easier to position the round wind spinner blank and helps avoid unwanted white gaps around the edges.

Can I use the designs on products I sell?
Yes. You can use the designs on personal and commercial physical products, including DTF. No attribution is needed.
You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or give away the digital design files themselves. Please review the full License Terms for complete details.
Can I use the designs for sublimation?
Yes. The PNG files can be used for sublimation projects, including compatible tumblers, mugs, glass cans, shirts, wind spinners, and other sublimation blanks.
Always test your blank, printer, ink, paper, press settings, and sizing before producing finished items.
Can I use the designs for DTF?
Yes. You may use the designs to create finished physical products using DTF.
The files themselves may not be resold, shared, distributed, uploaded as digital downloads, or given away.
Can I use the designs with Cricut or Silhouette?
Many designs can be used with Cricut, Silhouette, and similar software, depending on the file type and your project.
PNG files can be used for print-then-cut style projects when your software and machine support that workflow. SVG-included designs are marked while you browse and are usually the better choice for cut-file projects.
Can I use the designs for laser engraving?
Some Core Graphics designs may work for compatible laser-engraving projects, especially when SVG files are included.
Results depend on your machine, material, software, and settings. Designs with SVG files are clearly marked while you browse.
Can I modify the designs?
You may make reasonable adjustments for finished physical products, such as resizing, cropping, or adding a name or simple personalization.
You may not modify the designs in order to resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files.
Do I need graphic-design experience?
No. The Vault is built for makers who want ready-to-use designs without creating everything from scratch.
Browse until something catches your eye, download the appropriate file, and start making. You may occasionally want to resize a graphic slightly up or down to fit your project, but you do not need advanced design skills to get started.
Can I use these designs for print-on-demand?
You may use the designs to create finished physical products through a production partner or print-on-demand provider, as long as the digital files are not made available for others to download, extract, purchase, or reuse.
You are responsible for making sure your production setup protects the digital files and follows the License Terms.
Can I resell the digital files?
No. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or give away the digital design files themselves.
This includes selling the files as digital downloads, including them in bundles, sharing them in groups, or uploading them where others can access or extract them.
Can I share the files with someone else?
No. Your purchase gives you access to use the files for your own projects and finished physical products.
The digital files may not be shared with friends, customers, team members, groups, or other shops.
Can I sell transfers made with the designs?
You may use the designs to create finished physical products. If you plan to sell transfers, decals, prints, or other items that are not finished end-use products, review the License Terms carefully or contact us before selling.
Do I need to give credit or attribution?
No. Attribution is not required when you use Magic Mango Vault designs on finished physical products.
Can I trademark a product made with these designs?
No. You may not claim exclusive ownership of Magic Mango Vault designs, register them as your own artwork, or use them as part of a trademark, logo, or brand identity.

What if I cannot find my login email?
Check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we’ll help you locate your account.
What if I used the wrong email address at checkout?
Contact us with your purchase details and the correct email address. We’ll help review the account information and get you pointed in the right direction.
What if a download does not work?
Try refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, and downloading again. If the problem continues, contact us with the design name or page link and a description of what happened.
Can I download everything at once?
The Vault is designed for browsing and downloading the files you want to use. This keeps the experience easier to manage and helps you avoid digging through a giant folder of files you may not need right away.
Why do some designs show a Download button and others do not?
Your Download button appears on designs included with your bundle access. If you are browsing a design outside your current bundle, you may be able to view it, but not download it unless you upgrade or purchase the appropriate access.
Do you offer refunds?
Because Magic Mango Vault provides digital products and download access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered. See our Refund Policy for full details.
